Who We Are
Binah Chava is a spiritual retreat organization dedicated to guiding women back to their divine sovereignty through embodied practice and understanding.
Our name carries our mission:
Binah (בינה) - The Supernal Mother of Understanding, the third sefirah on the Kabbalistic Tree of Life. She is the womb of consciousness, where divine wisdom becomes form, where the infinite begins to take shape.
Chava (חוה) - Eve, the first woman, whose name means "life" or "living one." She is Binah brought down into the material plane, the bridge between heaven and earth, spirit and body, potential and manifestation.

We create transformative retreat experiences that reconnect women to the full spectrum of their power—mind, body, and spirit—through the wisdom and practice of Chochmat Nashim (Women's Wisdom).
Our methodology is rooted in the Sheva Sefirot HaBinyan (the Seven Lower Sefirot)—the emotional and spiritual architecture through which Divine energy flows into the world:

What Makes Us Different
We center the body as sacred.
Too many spiritual spaces ask women to transcend the body, to rise above it, to ignore its signals. We do the opposite. We honor the body as the throne of the Shechinah, the dwelling place of Divine Presence. Healing happens through the body, not despite it.
For too long, women have been told that the deepest teachings of Kabbalah and Torah aren't for them.
At Binah Chava, we guide women through a conscious reclamation of their womanhood through the lens of Judaism—not as outsiders looking in, but as rightful heirs to a tradition that has always held space for the feminine, even when it was forced to hide.
