Arrival & Opening

This day will feature multiple courses designed to work deep in understanding what it means to live within our elevated selves.

We bring in Shabbat fully aware and present.

Shabbat teachings on the shadow feminine, somatic sound healing, healing circle and meditations, followed by Havdalah ceremony.

Motzei Shabbos program to be announced.

A light workshop and breakfast to integrate the knowledge we have all learned before departing.
