We bring in Shabbat fully aware and present.

Shabbat teachings on the shadow feminine, somatic sound healing, healing circle and meditations, followed by Havdalah ceremony.

 

Motzei Shabbos program to be announced.

A light workshop and breakfast to integrate the knowledge we have all learned before departing.
