Nitsan Smith | Breathwork Facilitator & Life Coach
My work grew out of my own process of learning and reflection.
Today, I facilitate breathwork and intimate group experiences that invite people to slow down, reconnect with themselves, and engage with spiritual ideas in a more embodied way.
I care deeply about the inner life and the process of coming back into alignment with oneself. My interests are rooted in Torah, Chassidut and Kabbalah, Jewish spiritual thought, and the ways these teachings can be lived in an honest and grounded way.
I'm drawn to spaces where tradition, personal growth, and honest conversation can meet. In many ways, I see my role as trying to bridge the depth of our tradition with the realities of everyday life.
For me, the goal is not perfection, but a deeper relationship with ourselves, with each other, and with Hashem.
Charna | Practical Mystic & Kabbalistic Teacher
I have spent years in the deep study of Kabbalah and Jewish mysticism, not as theology, but as a living system for understanding the soul, the mother line, and the wisdom encoded in our lineage. My work lives at the intersection of Kabbalistic teachings, Torah and ancestral healing, helping women trace what has been carried, what has been lost, and what is ready to be reclaimed.
I work with people who live in the in-between: those who’ve outgrown the containers they were given, who know there’s something more but can’t find it in traditional boxes, who feel the spiritual world deeply but need it to actually work in their real life.
I’ve walked through religious trauma, survived abuse, and learned that healing isn’t just about light and love.
It’s about integrating shadow, rewiring patterns, and building a life that honors both your magic and your humanity.
Binah Chava emerged from my own journey back to the sacred feminine at the heart of our tradition, the wisdom that belongs to Jewish women and has always been waiting for us to return to it.
